Gentilly Fest 2017 will supply the booth and signage. Food vendors must set up booth by 9:00 a.m. and no cars will be permitted on festival grounds after 11:00 a.m. Merchants are responsible for all cooking and serving supplies, and are responsible for removing from the booth all debris created by cooking, preparation and serving of food. Electricity will be supplied via generator to each booth by Gentilly Fest. Merchants are also responsible for their appropriate Fire Extinguishers 2A:10BC Minimum for fire code.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS OF $450 WILL BE REQUIRED to reserve space. Only 24 applicants will be selected. If you are selected for a food booth you must submit your $350.00 deposit by June 30, 2017. No Exceptions. Failure to reserve space will result in forfeiture of your space. FINAL PAYMENT of $425.00 IS DUE BY Friday. August 4, 2017. Late Fee of $75.00 will be required after August 1, 2017.
